What we collect
Duofield collects the minimum data needed to operate the anonymous chat service:
- Your Telegram user ID and public username (provided by Telegram)
- The language code your Telegram client reports
- Optional profile data you choose to set: gender, age range, country
- Service metadata: account creation date, VIP status, ban status, anonymous statistics
- Moderation events: timestamp and rule code when a message is blocked
What we do NOT store
- We do not store the content of messages exchanged between users
- We do not store phone numbers, real names, IP addresses, or device identifiers in our own systems (the web analytics described below are handled by a third party)
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising
How we use the data
- To match you with other users in real time
- To process VIP purchases via Telegram Stars
- To enforce moderation: detect spam, links, abuse
- To respond to reports and ban abusive accounts
- To compute aggregate, anonymous statistics
Cookies and analytics
The web landing page at chat.duofield.com uses Microsoft Clarity, a product-analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site — through aggregated metrics and anonymised session replays of on-page behaviour (clicks, scrolls and page navigation). Clarity sets cookies and processes this usage data as a third party on Microsoft's servers; text you type into fields is masked by default. We use it only to improve the site, and we do not sell this data. See Microsoft's privacy statement and the Clarity documentation for details. You can opt out using your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker.
Aside from Microsoft Clarity, the page sets no other third-party trackers. The Telegram bot itself runs inside Telegram and follows Telegram's own privacy practices.
Your rights
You can delete all your data at any time by stopping the bot via Telegram's "Stop and Block" option. This deletes your account from our database on our next maintenance cycle.

Age restriction
Duofield is reserved for users aged 18 and over.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via the bot.
