Support
Trouble with your account, a Telegram Stars / VIP purchase, or something not working? Email support@duofield.com and include what happened and roughly when — but please never send passwords or payment card details. For purchase questions, the receipt Telegram sent you is the most useful thing to mention.
Report abuse or a safety concern
If a chat partner is harassing you, spamming, or breaking the rules:
- In the bot: use
/report— it feeds an automatic system that bans repeat offenders — and/blockto stop being matched with them. This is the fastest, most effective route. - By email: for serious or off-platform concerns, write to abuse@duofield.com.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, or you encounter content involving a minor, contact your local emergency services and law enforcement first. We act quickly on reports of illegal content and cooperate with lawful requests. Duofield is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
Privacy & data requests
For data export or deletion and other privacy matters, email privacy@duofield.com. You can also delete all your data yourself at any time using Telegram's "Stop and Block" on the bot — see the privacy policy for details.
